Keith J. Klein

Director


Keith Klein is a seasoned litigator with many years of trial experience at the federal and state level. His practice focuses on complex business  and environmental litigation, including class actions and mass toxic torts.  He has handled numerous major environmental regulatory issues, permitting projects, and enforcement matters involving a wide variety of air, water, and solid/hazardous waste issues. Klein’s experience in substantive environmental law areas includes: air quality, water quality, wetlands, storm water, groundwater, water rights, endangered species, environmental impact statements, due diligence, remediation of contaminated property, and defense of environmental crime cases. Klein has extensive experience with agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Klein is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.
