His regulatory experience includes all aspects of the Clean Air Act, Brownfields matters, and water quality issues, including NPDES permitting and TMDLs.
During law school, Ricky had two law review articles published, one of which was the winner of a national writing competition concentrating on environmental law topics. During his years in private practice, Ricky has presented topics at seminars on air quality and Brownfields issues.
