Associate 

Seth is an attorney with Ryan Whaley Coldiron Shandy.  Seth formerly served as Assistant General Counsel at the Oklahoma Insurance Department.  As Assistant General Counsel, he represented the Department in civil litigation and agency administrative actions.  Over the past four years in private practice, Seth has gained experience in both small cases and large complex litigation matters.  While he primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation, Seth also represents clients before various state administrative agencies.
