Stephen L. Jantzen

Director

Stephen Jantzen, prior to entering private practice, served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma in the Environmental Protection Unit of the Office of Attorney General. As an Assistant Attorney General, he represented the State of Oklahoma in matters before the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and engaged in a wide range of environmental enforcement and permitting activities, including litigation and representation of state environmental agencies. His practice focuses on matters involving regulatory compliance, administrative enforcement and litigation of environmental and energy issues.
